Aussie chef and former chef of the U.S. Olympic team, Paul D’Aguirre, has a special interest in health.
D’Agoirre started out as a professional chef and has now developed a passion for cooking and food, as well as cooking for the public and a special food pantry.
He is the co-founder and chef of The Kitchen in Sydney, where he hosts a monthly cooking competition.
When he’s not cooking, D’Agirre enjoys watching the sunrise and watching his family, who live in Australia, enjoy a peaceful day.
The chef is the author of two cookbooks, The Cooking Guide to Food Allergies and the Food Guide to Allergias.
